Speeding into the future of pavilion design at Goodwood Festival of Speed

Designed in collaboration with pioneering temporary structure manufacturer Showblock, the Lanzante Ltd Pavilion was first introduced at last year’s Goodwood Festival of Speed and was specifically created to elevate the concept and design standard of a typical event ‘stand’ whilst being sustainably designed and 99% reusable.

Set across two storeys and spanning 735 sqft, the cantilevered structure is both a space for displaying the latest Lanzante projects, such as the McLaren P1 Spider and 930 TAG Turbo, to guests and festival attendees and an exclusive entertainment hub. The second floor comprises a VIP lounge and terrace with rare trackside viewing.

In 2022, the Lanzante Pavilion quickly became a go-to destination within the festival, with guests drawn to its sleek, discreet architectural design and its cleverly considered communal spaces. We are delighted to see the stand return this year, with some minor additions to further enhance the visitor experience.

Charlotte Lanzante of Lanzante Ltd says of the pavilion:

We are thrilled to be reinstalling the Lanzante Pavilion at this year’s Goodwood Festival of Speed, after a highly successful debut in 2022. OB Architecture, Showblock and Bang & Olufsen exceeded our expectations in designing a reusable space that speaks to our brand aesthetic and ethos. The design of the pavilion celebrates the care and attention to detail for which Lanzante is known in the engineering, restoration and servicing of supercars, whilst communicating our commitment to reuse and longevity.
