Regeneration scheme submitted for planning

This application is the first project to be submitted to Winchester City Council under its new Central Winchester Regeneration (CWR) Framework that creates a strategy for the future of the Historic City Centre.

OB Architecture have applied for planning permission for a mixed-use development located in a prominent position adjacent to the existing town centre.

The proposal includes private residential accommodation and ground floor commercial space that is located at the heart of the future CWR masterplan for Winchester.
