South London affordable housing progresses on site

OB Architecture are thrilled to be delivering this landmark residential development on behalf of MOAT Housing, providing much needed affordable homes in South London.

The 3,500sqm building will provide 41 apartments of mixed tenure to the affordable housing market providing much needed family homes to the residents of Croydon.

The building is currently under construction and completion is anticipated in Spring 2023.
