Delivering affordable housing through contemporary design

With our scheme in Purley – South London – rapidly taking shape, it shows how contemporary design can help bring a development to life, adding a dynamic roof form to create an exciting place to live.

Consisting of 41 units, this large development was the result of an extensive planning process, where we combined contextual analysis and high-quality design to demonstrate how our proposal could seamlessly integrate into suburban surroundings.

Since obtaining the planning consent, we have worked closely with the Main Contractor, Vision Construct, to deliver this sensitive, design-led scheme.

Making use of dynamic roof forms, this complex design is based on the neighbouring roof lights to create an iconic form on a busy corner junction.

We are looking forward to handing over this project to its new occupants in the near future.
