Modular off-site construction recognised in the South Coast Property Awards

Our student accommodation project in the centre of Southampton has been shortlisted for the South Coast Property Awards Regeneration Project of the Year Finalist with The Business Magazine – South East.

Student housing and high quality don’t always go hand-in-hand, but working with Stelling Properties on this city centre site in Southampton helps to buck the trend.

Utilising an off-site modular construction ensured external and internal build quality remained high, as well as delivering construction and programme efficiencies leading to reduced down time for the existing facilities on site.

It is great to see sustainably designed projects like this being recognised for the wider impact that architecture can have in an area, helping to regenerate the high-street.
